Mr. Imran Ahmed is a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants in the United Kingdom and has more than fifteen (15) years of experience working with Professional firms both from the ‘Big 4’ and Alliott Hadi Shahid. He is a member of Accountants & Auditors Association, UAE. His area of specialization includes audit, project feasibility studies and business advisory for startup business.

Mr. Perera is a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Sri Lanka. He has over fourteen (14) years of experience as a chartered accountant. He is a member of Accountants & Auditors Association, UAE. His experience varies from audit to special assignments such preparation and review of financial evaluations for project feasibility studies, company valuations due diligence, and business plans. He specializes in audit of banks.

Mr. Senaratne is a member of Association of Accounting Technicians in Sri Lanka. He has over twenty two (22) years of experience working as an auditor in Sri Lanka and in UAE. He is a member of Accountants & Auditors Association, UAE and has varied exposure in the field of auditing and accounting of various private companies.

Mr. Arnel Gagani is a dependable professional with more than sixteen (16) years of experience in providing effective and comprehensive support to the key decision makers within the Companies, external audit and management consulting services.  More than seven and a half years of these valuable experiences were from External Audit and Management Consulting Firm in the UAE.  A graduate of both in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (2002) and Computer System Design and Programming (1997).

A business graduate from the International University of Missouri, USA in 1999.  He is thriving in the management of various types of consultancies, i.e. ISO 9000, information technology, and management and marketing.  Additionally, he keeps close eyes on emerging markets as well as new industrial zones and opportunities.

Mr. Shahid’s main responsibility is to provide consultancy for management, financial and ISO 9000. He is an integral part of a virtual professional team to move around for the best advisory to clients. Mr. Shahid is a Chartered Business Consultant fromthe  Chartered Association Business Administrators- Canada, Certified Financial Consultant from Institute of Financial Consultants- Canada, and a member of the Accounting and Auditing Association-UAE.

Mr. Sarmad Shahid attended his Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting and Finance degree in the esteemed Kingston University in London and completed his studies in BS-Business in Hult International Business School in London. Mr. Shahid currently pursues his continuing education in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr. Zaheer Anis joined Alliott-UAE in early 2009, and is currently pursuing his CPA from the U.S. Prior to Alliott, Mr. Anis has completed an internship at the U.S Consulate- Commercial Service in Toronto where he was involved in promoting and supporting U.S. SME business interests in the province of Ontario and Canada. He completed his Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, Canada with a major in Economics. Mr. Anis prides himself in being a native of the UAE, having grown up here and being a first-hand witness to the U.A.E''''s incredible growth and emergence on the global market.

Mr. Aejaz Ahmed is registered with Dubai Municipality as a Consultant for HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) & Food Hygiene Courses. He is a certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, HACCP and ISO 14001. He has 20 years’ experience working in quality-related positions in Water and Food Industries. He is also a trainer for ISO 9001, ISO14001 and HACCP courses. His a Director Consulting of Alliott Shahid Hadi - chartered accountants, Alliott Consulting Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. Management Consultants, Karachi, Pakistan. Mr. Aejaz is a Bachelor Degree in Science and has a degree in law.

His work experience covers 30 years with Alliott Consulting Pakistan Offices: Management Consulting, Feasibility studies with financial projections, economic viability of projects & advisory and Market research, market research of products, shares and advisory.

Mr. Quaid Joher Surti is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from University of Karachi, Pakistan. He obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration, major in Finance and Production Management from Institute of Business Administration, Karachi Pakistan.  Mr. Surti has 15 years’ experience in the field of consulting, training, project planning and management. He possess a combination of project feasibility development, financial, banking, web project development and marketing skills due to his dual qualifications (MBA & Engineering) and experience in manufacturing and banking sector.

Muhammad Owais is a Certified Public Accountant, MIPA- Australia, MIFA- UK, Certified Internal Control Auditor and Associate Forensic Accountant. He has been employed with Alliott Hadi Shahid Chartered Accountants' since 2007. He completed his MBA from Pakistan. With more than 8 years of experience in accounting, internal and external audit of a diverse range of industry sectors including trading banking and finance, hospitality, real estate and construction, educational institutions, manufacturing, oil and gas, trading and not-for-profit organizations. He has considerable experience in auditing, both domestic and multinational.

Seid Redwan has more than 8 years long experiences working with local and international audit firms in Ethiopia and United Arab Emirates as a senior auditor. He is specialized in External and Internal audit, Accounting System Design, Taxation Consulting, and Special Audit. Seid is has been studying his chartered accountancy with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) .At the moment he is finalist to complete his exams and membership to ACCA in progress.

Leo Sebastian Greek, Degree in Commerce( B.Com) and degree ( M.Com ). He has 18 years experience in accounting and audit field. He joined alliott hadi shahid in 2007. Independently handled internal audits/statutory audits relating authorized dealers, construction companies, hospitals and manufacturing & trading companies.
