Hadi Shahid, founder and executive partner of Alliott Hadi Shahid Chartered Accountants, holds a Doctorate in accounting and fellow membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Pakistan (ICAP). Dr. Shahid has over 35 years of experience in practice as a chartered accountant in UAE and overall experience spanning 39 years including 4 years as area in-charge for one of the Big 4. His areas of specialization include Audit, Commercial Law, Business Advisory, Forensic Accounting and Arbitration, Succession Management.
Dr. Shahid is a Certified Fraud Examiner from USA, Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants, fellow Member of British Institute of Management, affiliate Member of Association of International Accountants, Member of Institute of Islamic Banking and Insurance, UK, Member of Institute of Internal Auditors - UAE Chapter, Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Chartered Business Consultant (Canada), Chartered Financial Consultant (Canada) and a member of Accountants & Auditors Association, UAE.

DR. S. QAISER ANIS

Dr. Syed Qaiser Anis, founder and managing partner of Alliott Hadi Shahid Chartered Accountants. He completed his Master and Doctorate (PhD) in Management Accounting from USA and passed Certified Public Accountant. Dr. Anis is fellow member of The Institute of International Financial Accountants of UK and British Institute of Management, Associate member of the American Management Association, New York, Affiliated member of the Association of International Accountants, member of the Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of the Financial Consultants, USA, the Institute of CPA Ireland, Association of Fraud Examiners and also a member of Islamabad Stock Exchange, Pakistan. Dr. Anis started his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and later moved to KPMG Peat Marwick and satyed there for a period of eight years in both firm.
More than 35 years of experience as consultant and public accountant, he has worked for public and private sector assignments ranging from UNICEF, government projects, large, medium and small sized business. Dr. Anis is the founding president of Pakistan Business Council and he holds membership of various professional bodies including the Am Cham - Abu Dhabi where he serves as a Board Member since its inception in 1996. Additionally, He is also a former member of Abu Dhabi Council of Economic Development.

DR. PETER SLOAN EIDENT
Executive Director
Dr. Peter Eident has worked as a financial advisor for thirty years specializing in finance and project development. For the past 13 years he has worked for the UAE Offset Group as both a senior project manager and Head of Knowledge Management and Training. He has also worked for the World Bank as a consultant to the Government of Kuwait and for United Technologies, in charge of Offset for the Middle East. Dr. Eident has headed companies both in the US and in the UAE.
Dr. Eident is former President of American Business Group and Treasury of the American Business Council for the GCC.
Dr. Eident has Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Lincoln University, an MBA from Fordham University, and Economics Degree from Brown University. He has passed both level one and level two of the CFA program and has tutored level one candidates.

MR. SYED IMRAN AHMED

Mr. Imran Ahmed is a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants in the United Kingdom and has more than fifteen (15) years of experience working with Professional firms both from the ‘Big 4’ and Alliott Hadi Shahid. He is a member of Accountants & Auditors Association, UAE. His area of specialization includes audit, project feasibility studies and business advisory for startup business.

MR. MANJULA PRASAD PERERA
Manager, Assurance
Mr. Perera is a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Sri Lanka. He has over fourteen (14) years of experience as a chartered accountant. He is a member of Accountants & Auditors Association, UAE. His experience varies from audit to special assignments such preparation and review of financial evaluations for project feasibility studies, company valuations due diligence, and business plans. He specializes in audit of banks.

MR. JERRY P. TAN

Mr. Jerry P. Tan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Chapter Council of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA-Dubai, UAE Chapter), a graduate of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and has a Diploma for Human Resources Management (DHRM). He has a vast experience in all aspects of financial audit of various industries from Philippines to Gulf region and Afghanistan. He was a former professor of Accountancy in the Philippines. He has served as resource speaker on various seminars on taxation, budgeting, auditing, accounting for non-accountants, micro-finance, and financial planning. He has performed project evaluation and audits such as the UNMACA, MDC, DAFA, AAR-Japan, BBC and Organization for Mine Clearance and Afghan Rehabilitation (OMAR).

MR. DULENDRA D. SENARATNE

Mr. Senaratne is a member of Association of Accounting Technicians in Sri Lanka. He has over twenty two (22) years of experience working as an auditor in Sri Lanka and in UAE. He is a member of Accountants & Auditors Association, UAE and has varied exposure in the field of auditing and accounting of various private companies.

MR. SAMIR AHMED SHAHID
Executive Officer
A business graduate from the International University of Missouri, USA in 1999. He is thriving in the management of various types of consultancies, i.e. ISO 9000, information technology, and management and marketing. Additionally, he keeps close eyes on emerging markets as well as new industrial zones and opportunities.
Mr. Shahid is from a business family and has a cartel of big networks in the business community and councils. He had adequate association with the Alliott Hadi Shahid Chartered Accountants, UAE
Mr. Shahid’s main responsibility is to provide consultancy for management, financial and ISO 9000. He is an integral part of a virtual professional team to move around for the best advisory to clients. He is developing and specializing to market the consultancy which Alliott UAE is offering as a whole.
Mr. Shahid is a Chartered Business Consultant fromthe Chartered Association Business Administrators- Canada, Certified Financial Consultant from Institute of Financial Consultants- Canada, and a member of the Accounting and Auditing Association-UAE.

MR. SARMAD SHAHID

Mr. Sarmad Shahid attended his Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting and Finance degree in the esteemed Kingston University in London and completed his studies in BS-Business in Hult International Business School in London. Mr. Shahid currently pursues his continuing education in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
After working his way through College, Mr. Sarmad Shahid now serves as one of the trusted Consultants of Alliott Hadi Shahid Chartered Accountants.

MR. ZAHEER ANIS
Executive Officer
Mr. Zaheer Anis joined Alliott-UAE in early 2009, and is currently pursuing his CPA from the U.S. Prior to Alliott, Mr. Anis has completed an internship at the U.S Consulate- Commercial Service in Toronto where he was involved in promoting and supporting U.S. SME business interests in the province of Ontario and Canada. He completed his Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, Canada with a major in Economics. Mr. Anis prides himself in being a native of the UAE, having grown up here and being a first-hand witness to the U.A.E''s incredible growth and emergence on the global market.

MR. ARNEL GAGANI

Mr. Arnel Gagani is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the National Chapter of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and a member of Accountants & Auditors Association, UAE. He has more than nine (9) years of experience in accounting, auditing & taxation. He has varied exposure in different industries such as construction, food manufacturing, service, trading & exporting and government agencies. MR. AEJAZ AHMED

Mr. Aejaz Ahmed is registered with Dubai Municipality as a Consultant for HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) & Food Hygiene Courses. He is a certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, HACCP and ISO 14001. Mr. Aejaz graduated from University of Washington with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and has been granted a National Merit for Scholarship in USA. He has also obtained a Master of Science in Food Technology and Environment in University of Washington. He has 20 years’ experience working in quality-related positions in Water and Food Industries. He is also a trainer for ISO 9001, ISO14001 and HACCP courses.

Mr. K. Lakshmanan is a graduate of Industrial Engineering from Regional Engineering College, India. He obtained a PG Diploma in Advanced Management from Mewes Systems, Frankfurt West Germany. Mr. Lakshmanan have attended various management and quality related courses like Managerial Skill Development, ISO 9000, Operations Research, Statistical Process Control, etc...
